There was a spotlessly clean room. We had a private bathroom. The location was good, minute walk from a main station, so it was really easy to travel around. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved St. Georg district.

Had a great stay at this hotel in Hamburg! the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was super convenient, being very near to the center and close to various landmarks like Town Hall and Miniatur Wunderland. the room was spotless and spacious, with daily housekeeping. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. We loved that there were many dining options nearby, including delicious Turkish, Arabic, and Asian cuisine.
If there were areas for improvement, it would be great if the bathroom had better heating and lighting. the street the hotel is on can feel a bit sketchy, so it's advisable to be cautious when exploring the area.

During my recent business trip, I appreciated the room's cleanliness and spaciousness. It was convenient being close to the train station for my early morning departure. the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's rest before my journey.
The surrounding area felt unsafe, with reports of criminal activities nearby. Homeless individuals and drug dealers made me uncomfortable walking back to the hotel at night.

the space-themed decor was charming, and the location, just a short walk from the central station and key landmarks like Miniatur Wunderland and the Chocolate Museum, made exploring easy. the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, which detracted from relaxation.
